KITCHEN EXTRACTION CLEANING

Our Kitchen extraction clean includes the Kitchen canopy, Filters, Ducting and Fan, our cleans comply to the British standard TR19 requirement governed by BESCA, our clients receive a fully compliant BESCA certificate which is managed by the BESCA “Vent Hygiene” who carry out service providers audits and log every clean on the national system for insurance companies to access.

HOODPRO use the latest technology which includes Foaming system, automated spinning machines and grinders and patented cleaning products to provide superior service.

KITCHEN DEEP CLEANING

Using a range of industry standard equipment, including decarboniser, floor cleaners, steam cleaner, grinding machines we undertake deep cleaning of all commercial kitchens.  We can include all ovens, grills, fryers, commercial fridge/freezers along with walls, ceilings and floors. Working with the client to achieve optimal results and support cleaning to the hygiene standard recognised and required.

EXTRACTION SYSTEM MAINTENANCE

In House

We provide filter replacement, fit access panels, CO2 inspection reports.

Sub-Contract

With our extensive network of contacts we can provide help with Gas checks, Fan replacement, extraction system.

DECARBONISER TANKS

We have various sized decarboniser units.  Decarboniser units work with industry approved non caustic high grade detergent to remove a build up of carbon on kitchen equipment.  These units remove duty from the staff along with removing handling of hazardous chemicals.

We are able to provide this service on or off site and have a rental option also available.
